Howard County Public School

Specialists at the School Board constantly monitor the effectiveness of the Spell Read program and compare it to the plethora of other programs currently in use. They are finding that students with even the most difficult reading problems can be predictably and reliably helped using the Spell Read method.

Whitbourne Study

Early in 2001, the Newfoundland and Labrador Youth Centre at Whitbourne licensed the Spell Read program for use within its facility for incarcerated youth. The student results were reviewed by Drs. Torgesen and Rashotte at Florida State University and summarized in the following paper by Dr. Rashotte.
